If you're reading this, I'm guessing have probably tried
many times to lose weight and keep it off.
I often see clients who have come to me as a last resort! They've often tried every diet under the sun, usually do a bit of exercise, some have been to dietitions or even tried hypnotherapy!
But Weight-loss Coaching works in a different way, because we approach weight-loss holistically, focussing not only on nutrition, but just as importantly - your mindset; by working to discover and change negative thoughts around food which have sabotaged weight-loss in the past, we can then ultimately change the dynamic of your relationship with food.
The third part of the equation is the coaching, where, with my guidance, and the use of trusted straight forward life coaching strategies, you will become empowered to create your own realistic, sustainable, lifelong health orientated, positive beliefs, values and habits which resonate with you, and ensure your on-going weight loss and weight management.
Through a series of weekly, flexibly-structured coaching sessions (face to face, Skype or by telephone), we work with specific coaching models concentrating on setting and achieving your weight loss goals, using baby steps as well as giant leaps forward, overhauling your nutrition and pushing the boundaries of your comfort zone - sounds scary, but with me as your personal weight loss coach, you don't have to do it alone!

In this Initial weight-loss coaching session, which may take up to 90min, we discuss your goals, previous weight-loss endeavours, work through the full Nutritional Breakdown I will have done with your Food Diary (you will have done this the week prior), explore strategies, complete the coaching contract, and a few other bits and pieces.
These are our weekly sessions, lasting 45-60 minutes, either face to face - my home in St Johns, Auckland or on the telephone.
Some people just want one or two sessions to get them motivated and on track with a plan of action, and other people want to take a more committed approach, seeing me either for a couple of months, or for their entire weight-loss journey.

Most of my clients commit to a series of coaching sessions so we can work hard together to achieve their goal weight.
Why not enjoy the convenience of a block booking! Often people find that paying for their sessions up-front gives them a wonderful incentive and a sense of enhanced accountability!
Distance is no problem, and with telephone coaching, payment is made by bank transfer prior to our session.
