Life Coaching T&C's
A session may be carried out in person, over the telephone or via Skype at a mutually agreed time and place throughout the duration of the period stated in the coaching agreement. You, the client and I, the coach must be on time for the sessions whether they take place in person or by telephone.
Engagement of the Coach: I will arrange to provide coaching to you, the client, at the agreed times and places set out in the coaching agreement in accordance with your individual requirements. I will conduct all interactions with you in a respectful and non- discriminatory manner, following our flexibly structured agenda for the sessions. In the event of me being unable to provide an agreed coaching session, for whatever reason, I will reschedule the appointment at your convenience.
Preparation for Sessions: You are expected to carry out any agreed actions or tasks by way of preparation for the sessions, and acknowledge that you are responsible for your own progress in the coaching process.
Coaching Methods: You acknowledge that the coaching sessions may be personally and emotionally challenging, and on occasions you may feel frustration, annoyance or distress. You will take all steps to ensure that you schedule your session times when you are in an appropriate mental, emotional and physical condition to proceed with the session. You will not hold me liable for any loss or cost incurred by you (or any person related to you), in the event of mental, physical, emotional stress or distress (or any other ailment or condition) caused either directly or indirectly in relation to the coaching sessions.
Responsibility for Achievement of Goals: I am trained as a professional Life Coach, NLP Practitioner and Holistic Nutritionist by The School of Natural Health Sciences, London Est. 1997, and continually seek ways of increasing my professional development. I do not guarantee that any of the coaching methods or sessions will work for your personal circumstance. If I make a professional judgement that coaching is not a suitable intervention for your situation, I will advise you of that fact. You will not hold me responsible in any circumstance for the failure (in whole or part) to achieve any of your goals.
Confidential Material: All personal details and information relating to you will be stored securely, and in compliance with The Privacy Act 1993. The content of the coaching sessions will be confidential and I will not disclose any of your personal information to a third party without your consent.
Payment: Fees and payment methods will be agreed before coaching commences.
Cancellation: If a session is cancelled it will be rescheduled at an agreed time. At least 24 hours notice of cancellation or change of arrangements must be given on either side, (unless in the case of an unexpected and unavoidable occurrence).
Termination of Agreement: Either party can terminate the coaching agreement.
Refund Policy: Fees paid for sessions which have taken place will not be refunded, and payment will be due for any sessions which have taken place but not been paid for before the termination of the agreement. If you have booked and paid for a package, a full refund is available after the first session - excluding that session.
Unused sessions may be gifted to a friend or family member presuming I deem that person is suitable for Life Coaching.

Personal styling T&C's
As a Stylist I am with you to give advice only. Clients are under no obligation to purchase any garments recommended by me, as the Stylist.
Payment: Payment in full for the service is required when booking a Personal Shopping experience, and payment can be made at the scheduled appointment for The Wardrobe Edit. Payment can be made by bank transfer, or in cash. Gift vouchers may be purchased by bank transfer, or cash.
Appointment Durations: Average appointment durations are stated on my website. If appointments run over time due to circumstances or the client’s request, an additional hourly rate will be charged. Special requests and bespoke experiences can be arranged and will be invoiced accordingly. I assume no liability for any damage to items or theft of goods during a Personal Shopping experience with a client.
Booking: All bookings must be made within 12 months of purchasing either The Wardrobe Edit or a Personal Shopping Experience. Bookings are made based on client and stylist availability. I always aim to accommodate; however, I do recommend giving at least 1 week notice prior to the date you wish to book.
Gift Vouchers are available. Purchase can be made through the website or by calling us on 07879 454 734 and arranging a bank transfer.
Travel: All appointments will be taken in Auckland unless otherwise arranged. I will travel to The Wardrobe Edit within the Auckland area at no additional cost. Beyond this, travel costs will be agreed upon between the client and myself. We cover most Personal Shopping experiences on foot, should taxis be required the client will need to cover this cost.
Cancellations: Please make any cancellations at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations after this period are transferable at my discretion.

Personal information is defined by being any personally information that is related to your identity including your title, name, address, email address and phone number.
